Thakoon.com offers shipping worldwide


Thakoon.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns of merchandise only if the item is still in its original condition - unworn / unwashed / tags attached. Any item bought at final sale cannot be returned.


RETURNS

- Email customerservice@thakoon.com within 7 days of receiving your merchandise to request a return authorization – briefly explain the reason for the return of the item and include the style# of the item. You will receive a RMA# (return authorization #) in response.


- Returned merchandise must be received at the below address within 10 days of the issuing of the RMA#

- Ship the package with the RMA# written on the outside of the box – merchandise should be securely wrapped and sealed inside.


- Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, email notification will be sent and the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when you should expect to receive the refund.


EXCHANGES

- Email customerservice@thakoon.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange authorization – briefly explain the reason for the exchange of the item and include the style# of the item. You will receive an EMA# (exchange authorization #) in response.


- Merchandise being returned for an exchange must be received at the below address within 10 days of the issuing of the EMA#

- Ship the package with the EMA# written on the outside of the box – merchandise should be securely wrapped and sealed inside.


- Once we have received the returned item for exchange, the replacement item will be shipped upon availability and the credit card used for original purchase will be charged for the re-shipment.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will begin processing the same day and, pending payment verification and availability of merchandise, will ship within 48 hours. Any orders placed after 1pm Monday – Friday will begin processing the following business day.


RESTRICTIONS

*Once Thakoon.com has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the customer will then assume any risk of loss and title for the merchandise, as well as any additional shipping charges (taxes, duties, return shipments). If the customer decides to refuse a shipment from Thakoon.com, the customer remains responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the return shipping charges and any other shipping charges incurred in the process. The total fee for shipping will then be subtracted from your refund for the refused/returned merchandise.



*We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions and required procedures stated above. If your request for a return/exchange is not accepted, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
