Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns post marked within 10 days of receipt. Merchandise eligible for return must be in its original condition, with all hang tags and care labels attached. Merchandise which has been worn, altered or damaged are non-returnable.

Guideline for US Domestic Order

Return & Packaging Guideline

Please return the product in its original packaging. If you have received multiple packages and you are not returning all of the products on your order, please pack all the products selected for return into one of the original boxes. Kindly note that gift box packaging is non-returnable and you may exclude them from your return.

For Registered Customer

Simply log into your account and click “Order.” Select the products that you’d like to return and follow the instructions to submit your return request. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

For Guest Customer

Please use the Returns Note included in your package, fill it out and put it inside the box. This information is valuable to us so that we can better serve you in the future.

 

A Pre-Paid Shipping Label is included in your original package. Paste it on the box, covering the original shipping label whenever possible. Should you lose it, please contact returns@thakoon.com to receive a new label via email.

 

Shipping Procedure

Once the package is ready, please contact FedEx directly on 1.800.463.3339 to schedule a pick-up. Please provide FedEx with the TRK# printed on the Return Shipping Label.

You can also send the return package to your local FedEx Drop-off location at your convenience. Visit www.fedex.com/locate to find your nearest location.

Commercial Invoices    If you only purchased one item, please attach all three copies to the outside of the box however if your order contains more than one item, please specify on the below on the commercial invoice.

Attach them to the outside of the box. Alternatively, you can forward them to your FedEx courier along with the package.

Once the package with the Commercial Invoices are ready, please contact your local FedEx office to schedule a pick-up. You may check their contact telephone number via www.fedex.com. Please provide FedEx with the TRK# printed on the Return Shipping Label.

You can also send the return package along with the Commercial Invoices to FedEx Drop-off location at your convenience.
